EBITDA

is calculated by adding back net financial income (expenses), depreciation and amortization, income and social contribution taxes and expenses with leasing to CSU net income (loss). EBITDA is not measured recognized under Brazilian GAAP, and it does not represent cash flow for the periods indicated. EBITDA should not be deemed as a substitute for net income or as an indicator of operating performance, cash flow or liquidity. EBITDA does not have standardized meanings and CSU definition of EBITDA may not be comparable to the EBITDA utilized by other companies.

Electronic Voucher

The electronic voucher is the magnetic card that replaces the traditional paper vouchers. It is issued to the benefit of its employees, effective holder of the voucher, who may use the card to make purchases in supermarkets, suppressing by this way the traditional credit coupon.
